ZLV Drive chain is an X-Ring Drive chain with Direct Energy Transfer, SDH Pin for extreme impact Pin strength, Solid Bush Cold-formed High-precision Bushing. This chain is an X-Ring sealed chain. That has rubber seals fitted between the links. These seal in the grease and keep the dirt out, reducing the wear on the chain and extending its life. The X-ring chain is the newest development where the rubber O-ring is replaced with an X shaped seal. As the X-Ring has a smaller surface area than the O-ring it reduces friction minimising the loss of power in the drive chain while maintaining the benefits of increased lubrication and reduced wear.
