Ultimate Composite Trellis Fencing

This warranty covers the Superior and Ultimate Range of Fencing for a lifetime from the date of the original purchase under normal use and service conditions. Our materials will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, and they will not check, split, splinter, rot, or suffer structural damage from termites or fungal decay. Obtaining Warranty Performance If you find a defect in your Superior or Ultimate Fencing Range during the warranty period, please notify eComposite Products in writing within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect, and no later than the end of the warranty term. Your notification should include proof of purchase and a description of the defect. eComposite may request additional information to assess the claim. Once we receive your claim, we will review the information and determine its validity. If your claim is valid, we will either replace the defective fencing or refund the portion of the purchase price you paid for the defective product (excluding the cost of installation). Please note that this warranty does not cover the removal of defective materials or the installation of replacement products, including any associated labour or freight costs. The remedies outlined here are the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty. Transfer of Warranty This warranty may be transferred once within three (3) years from the original purchase date to the next buyer of the property where the fencing was originally installed. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage eComposite Products does not warrant against and is not responsible for, and no implied warranty shall cover, any product failure or damage due to: Improper installation of the Superior or Ultimate Range and/or failure to follow eComposite Products installation guidelines. Use of the fencing beyond normal residential use or in applications not recommended by eComposite Products. Movement, distortion, collapse, or settling of the ground or supporting structures. Acts of God, environmental conditions, or staining from foreign substances. Variations or changes in colour of the product. Normal weather exposure causing surface flaking, chalking, or accumulation of dirt or stains. Improper handling, storage, abuse, or neglect of the products by the purchaser or third parties. The purchaser is solely responsible for determining the effectiveness, fitness, suitability, and safety of the products for any specific application. Limitations Disclaimer of Warranties Except for this express written warranty, eComposite Products makes no other warranties, guarantees, or indemnities, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All other warranties are hereby disclaimed. Limitation of Remedies and Exclusion of Consequential and Incidental Damages eComposite Products’ liabilities are limited to the obligations specifically outlined in this warranty. We will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages of any kind (including lost profits, sales, goodwill, or work stoppage) arising from any breach of warranty or contract, fraud, negligence, or strict liability in tort. The maximum liability concerning defective products will not exceed the replacement of such products or a refund of the purchase price. Miscellaneous This warranty represents the final and complete agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements or representations. It may only be altered in writing, signed by both eComposite Products and the purchaser or permitted transferee. No agent or employee is authorised to make any additional warranties beyond those in this document. This warranty applies to purchases made on or after May 1st, 2018. Note: The eComposite Products Eclipse Range of decorative screens comes with a 12-year warranty.
