At eComposite Products Ltd (referred to as the Supplier), we stand behind our WPC Wood Plastic Composite products. We guarantee to replace any composite product that has been used correctly and shows signs of flaking, corrosion, or becomes structurally unfit due to rotting, splitting, warping, or damage from termites or fungal decay. This warranty applies for the lifetime of the product. What is not covered:This warranty does not cover: Installation costs Removal of debris or waste Reinstallation Colour variations or fading The Supplier’s responsibility is strictly limited to replacing products from our Superior Range and does not extend beyond this. Exclusions:This warranty does not apply if the composite product: Is damaged by force majeure events or acts of war Suffers damage during transportation or due to malfunction Is not installed in accordance with the provided installation guidelines, local building codes, or community regulations Has been modified or treated in ways not intended by the manufacturer Is subject to normal wear and tear, including small colour differences, fading, or minor cracking and warping from prolonged use Failure to comply with any product restrictions or local building codes will render this warranty null and void. The manufacturer reserves the right to inspect materials and investigate any claims made. All constructions using the Superior Range of Composite products must comply with local building codes. To request a refund or replacement, please submit your claim along with the warranty certificate, the original purchase invoice showing the purchase date, photographs of the defective product, and a detailed description of the issue.
