We’re proud to offer a lifetime warranty on our Superior and Ultimate Range of Fencing from the date of your original purchase. Under normal conditions, our materials are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and won’t check, split, splinter, rot, or suffer structural damage from termites or fungal decay. Obtaining Warranty Performance: If you notice a defect in your Superior or Ultimate Fencing Range, let us know in writing within 30 days of discovering the issue. Just include proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the defect. We might ask for a bit more info to assess your claim. If we find your claim valid, we’ll either replace the defective product or refund what you paid for it (excluding installation costs). Please note that we aren’t responsible for removing the defective fencing or installing replacements. Transfer of Warranty: You can transfer this warranty once within three years of your original purchase to a new buyer of your property where the fencing was installed. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage: Our warranty doesn’t cover: Improper installation or failure to follow our guidelines. Use beyond normal residential settings or applications not recommended by us. Issues caused by ground movement or structural settling. Damage from acts of God, environmental conditions, or foreign substances. Changes in the product’s colour. Weathering effects due to sun exposure or other natural elements. Improper handling, storage or neglect. Limitations: We aim to provide an express written warranty, and aside from that, we don’t make any other promises or guarantees, whether express or implied. If there are any issues, our liability is limited to the replacement of the products or a refund of the purchase price. This warranty is the final agreement between us regarding your purchase, superseding any previous discussions. It can only be changed through a written agreement signed by both parties. This warranty applies to purchases made on or after May 1st, 2018.
