Description Per popular request, we’re test-selling amazake, a Japanese fermented drink made with just two ingredients: rice koji (fermented rice) and water. Naturally sweet without any added sugar, our amazake is delicious on its own or diluted with milk—oat milk and almond milk work great! To prevent leakage during shipping, we’ll freeze the amazake before sending it out.
