Description The proportional control pneumatic angle seat control valve operates as a complete pneumatic control valve system which works best with angle seat valves and diaphragm valves. The device features a stainless steel body with waterproof electrical connectors and an LCD display that has backlighting and simple startup procedures and multiple advanced software capabilities. The valve body consists of SS304, SS316 or SS316L materials while the stem maintains the same material selection. The Pneumatic actuators consist of PA or stainless steel materials and the seats utilize PTFE as their construction material. The product operates at 16bar pressure with 0.6Mpa air pilot pressure and exists in sizes from 3/8″ to 4″ (10mm to 100mm). The product operates within -40 °C to 180 °C temperature range based on pressure levels and medium types and material selection. The product operates through Double Acting and Single Acting Normally Closed and Single Acting Normally Open control methods and users can be expanded with Solenoid Valve and Limit Switch Box and Filter and E/P Positioner and Hand Wheel accessories.
