DescriptionThe Sterling DigiBinder Super-CThe STERLING® DIGIBINDER SUPER C has the same features as The Digibinder and Digibinder Plus, with added automation. The machine includes an automatic cover feeder with creasing capability of up to 10 creases. Choose between a delivery conveyor or vertical stacker. There are two glue pots, one for side gluing and one with twin glue rollers which allows for an even glue application as does a third, metering roller tosmooth out the glue. The extra heavy duty roughing blade ensures the binding of coated, oil infused, and UV coated stock.The DIGIBINDER® SUPER-C is a completely self-adjusting perfect binder. The pneumatic clamp and nipper adjust automatically. A compressor is included. Bind a thin book, then a thick book, without any adjustments whatsoever. Bind two sheets to over two inches thick. The machine may be run in manual mode, without the cover feeder, semi-automatic mode where a button needs to be pressed for the machine to cycle, or automatic mode which cycles the machine as soon as the book is placed in the clamp.
