Description A very beautiful custom-made Damascus steel chef Knife with attractive handle. This custom-made Damascus hunting knife was created with forge welding multiple layers of steels. All the layers combined into a solid block called billet. The billet again folded and rewelded many times to convert into layers. The layers have been manipulated several times in forge welding process. After completing the shape of Damascus blade, it was dipped into acid to create a very beautiful shinning layer pattern. The hardness of Damascus steel is 55-60 HRC on Rockwell scale.
