Single and Multi-Zone Control Panels | 12 – 72A | M-SHEV

The M-SHEV® is an intelligent and adaptable control panel designed for single- and multi-zone smoke ventilation systems. Its modular architecture allows the panel to be configured for a variety of applications, including multiple zoned automatic opening vents and BRE Smoke Shaft systems serving buildings of up to 18 floors. The central microprocessor connects directly to the Simon Link® user interface, enabling straightforward plug-and-play configuration on site. This allows the system’s control strategy and cause-and-effect programming to be tailored to the specific requirements of the installation. Each base panel is supplied with a switch-mode power supply, battery pack and ZI-100 central interface module. The system is then expanded using DIN rail-mounted modules, including SI-100-SP sensor interface modules for zone inputs, smoke detectors and fire alarm signals, MR-120 motor relay modules for 24V DC actuator outputs, and optional MI-100 programmable relay and BI-100 Modbus interface modules. Operating from a 230V AC supply, the M-SHEV® provides 24V DC smoke vent outputs and supports an optional BMS connection through the BI-100-MB BUS module. Signal contacts are rated at up to 1A at 30V DC, while a range of spring-clamp termination sizes is available to accommodate different installation requirements. The panel is housed in a mild-steel enclosure with a RAL 7035 light-grey powder-coated finish and an IP55 protection rating. It is suitable for wall or floor mounting and is CE marked in accordance with the Low Voltage and EMC Directives.
